TRAINGING PROGRAM

DIFFICULTY
Guide One will introduce you to a variety of movements to get you familiar with exercises you’ll be performing in Guide 2. Although this program is beginner-friendly, it will still challenge you with weekly advancements in total weight lifted or the amount of total sets and reps you perform!
The aim of this program is to prepare you for Guide 2, however you may repeat Guide 1 as many times as you need before you move up!
